Help Center

Find help by where the issue occurs: check your account and subscription first, then review your client and route. For orders, payments, or refunds, continue through a support ticket in the user panel.

Account & Subscriptions

Get help signing in, updating configurations, and moving to a new device. Keep your subscription link and password secure.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Choose a username you can recognize and that is unlikely to be confused with one you use on another site, and store your password in a trusted password manager. After creating your account, make sure you can sign in to the user panel before viewing plans and client downloads. Since registration does not rely on email, don't treat email notifications as your only backup for account credentials. If you have trouble signing in, check your username, keyboard input settings, and any spaces in your password. Never share your full password when requesting help.

How do I update my subscription link? Do I need to import it again?

Sign in to the user panel and check your current subscription details in the account overview. Then open subscription management in your client, select the existing subscription, and update it. Check that the route list has refreshed, then select a route and connect again. Updating the existing subscription is usually preferable to importing it again, which can leave you with multiple configurations with similar names. If the subscription URL in the panel has changed, use the current URL shown there and disable the old configuration. If the update fails, check your local connection and subscription status. Don't submit your link to a public online converter.

Do I need a new plan to switch computers or add a device?

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, so you don't need to change plans just because you switch or add a device. VPNIL supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the same account on the new device, open the client download from the user panel, and follow the panel instructions to get your subscription. On each device, check the selected route and system proxy settings after importing. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data: check your subscription's remaining data before use. When you stop using an old device, remove saved subscription and account details, especially before handing it over or disposing of it.

How should I protect my subscription link and account password?

Treat your subscription link like an account credential. Don't post it in forums, public chat logs, or shared documents. Screenshots of configurations, client logs, and screen recordings may also contain the link, so check and redact sensitive information before sharing. When copying a subscription, transfer it directly between your own devices where possible; avoid unfamiliar conversion tools. If you think someone else may have obtained your link, check the panel for a reset or update option. If you can't find one, contact support through a ticket. Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes, and troubleshooting a connection issue usually doesn't require you to share either in full.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Check your local connection first, then review your subscription, proxy mode, and target app. Avoid changing every setting at once.

Subscription imported, but websites still won't load after connecting. What should I do?

Disconnect the client first and check that your local network can still reach sites that normally work. If your local connection is having trouble, resolve that first. Then check that the client has selected the newly imported, active subscription, that the route list isn't empty, and that the connection toggle and system proxy are actually enabled. Don't run multiple tools that take over system networking at the same time, as their proxy settings may conflict. Select another route and test the same page to see whether the issue changes. If every route behaves the same way, submit the client error message and details about your system through a support ticket for further troubleshooting.

Why does an app fail to use the proxy when my browser works?

Your browser and app may use different network paths. Some apps don't use the system proxy, while others may be excluded by the client's per-app rules. Check the current proxy mode, the app inclusion or exclusion list, and whether the destination domain matches the expected rule. After making changes, fully close and reopen the app. If the client offers a network interception mode that requires system authorization, read its instructions and confirm authorization is complete. Don't disable system security features just to troubleshoot. If only one app is affected, include its name, the error message, and your browser test results when you contact support.

Why does a website still show my old region after I switch routes?

First confirm that the client has switched to the target route, not just selected a region group. Then check whether the site is still being accessed through a direct-connection rule. A site may retain your previous sign-in session, region preference, or cached data, so the page may not change immediately after switching routes. Close the old page and try again in a new browsing session, comparing the results before and after signing in. If the region changes only before you sign in, check your account's region settings. Location permissions, account details, and payment region may also affect how a platform determines your region, so the route name shown in the client alone can't guarantee a change in catalog or service region.

What information should I include in a connection support ticket?

Describe when the issue occurred, your device's operating system, the client name, the selected region, your network environment, and the exact message from the affected service. Explain whether you can't connect at all, can connect but can't access sites, or are seeing an issue with a specific app, and list the steps you've already tried. Include the error text in screenshots, but redact your password, subscription URL, and other personal information. Check logs for sensitive details before sharing them, too. Submit your request through the ticket option in the user panel to keep follow-up messages and support records together, without repeating account details on a public page.

Speed & Routes

Your region, network path, and platform rules all affect access. Compare routes using the same device and test content.

Video buffers during peak hours. Which settings should I check first?

First distinguish congestion on your local Wi-Fi, background downloads, and congestion on the cross-border route. Pause tasks that use a lot of bandwidth, then test the same content on the same device and try another route in the same region. Change only the route when comparing results; changing your network, client mode, and playback content at the same time makes it hard to identify the cause. For streaming, try lowering the video quality temporarily to see if buffering improves. If multiple services are slow, check your local connection. Route names and types don't guarantee performance during peak hours. If the problem persists, note what happens and submit a support ticket.

Which regions are covered, and what do IEPL, relay, and direct routes mean?

VPNIL covers 90+ countries / 210+ routes. Check the latest list in the user panel or client for currently available options. IEPL, relay, and direct are labels that describe how routes are organized: dedicated routes emphasize cross-region transport resources, relay routes pass traffic through an entry point, and direct routes generally don't use an additional relay entry point. Performance also depends on your local connection, the cross-region path, and the destination service. Don't judge speed by the route name alone, or assume every route is suitable for every use. Choose based on the destination service's region requirements and your actual connection results.

Will switching routes always fix regional restrictions on streaming services?

Not necessarily. A platform may use your exit region, account region, payment details, device location, and access patterns to determine content availability. Some catalogs are also subject to licensing restrictions. First confirm that the platform offers the content in your selected region, check that your account is eligible to watch it, and make sure the app is actually using the selected route. If you see a proxy-related message, try another route that meets the region requirements and start a new browsing session. VPNIL's regional coverage doesn't guarantee access to every platform, catalog, or service over time. When reporting an issue, include the platform's exact error message rather than just saying that playback doesn't work.

How should I choose a route for everyday browsing and AI tools?

For everyday browsing, start with a route that meets the destination service's regional requirements and connects reliably, then adjust based on page loading and file transfer results. For AI tools, check the service's region and account rules first; being able to open its homepage doesn't mean every feature will work. If you need to stay signed in, keep your connection environment consistent and avoid frequently changing your exit region. If an issue occurs, test the website, sign-in, and specific feature separately to identify where it starts. A route can improve your network path, but it can't replace platform eligibility checks, account permissions, or payment requirements.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data packages last until used. Keep your order records for payments, upgrades, and refunds.

How much does a monthly plan cost, and how much data does each tier include?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, and there is no limit on the number of devices online at once. When comparing plans, consider how you use the service for everyday browsing, downloads, and streaming rather than choosing based only on the number of devices. Monthly plans and data packages work differently, so check the billing and data rules on the plans page before choosing. In the user panel, review the selected plan and order details to make sure they're correct before continuing.

What data packages are available, and how do they differ from monthly plans?

Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; a data package is consumed as you use it and doesn't renew with the same allowance every month. When comparing them, consider whether you prefer a monthly reset or data that remains available until used, and how consistent your usage is. If you already have a subscription and want to use another product as well, check the user panel for instructions on how it applies to your account and new order. Don't assume data from different products will combine, carry over, or be deducted in a particular order.

When does monthly data reset? Does unused data carry over automatically?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Check the subscription status, data records, and reset information in the user panel to confirm your available balance. The current rules don't specify that unused data carries over to a future period, so don't plan on automatic rollover. If the remaining data shown in your client differs from the panel, refresh the panel and update the client subscription first, then check whether the display simply hasn't synced yet. If the records still look wrong, submit a screenshot of the relevant page and note when you checked. Don't infer plan usage solely from your device's local data counter.

What happens to the price difference if I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, confirm your current plan status in the user panel and review the prorated result shown for the target plan and order. Don't assume the amount due by simply subtracting monthly prices. Since an upgrade affects your current usage period, check the panel's instructions about when it takes effect. Current rules don't specify how different products can be combined, downgraded, or have their data allowances added together, so contact support through a ticket before proceeding with those requests. After the upgrade, review your account overview and update the client subscription to confirm the current details.

Which payment methods are supported? What if my plan status doesn't change after payment?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Start the payment process from the order page in the user panel, and check the amount and payment instructions shown on the order. Don't act on screenshots forwarded by someone else. If your subscription status hasn't changed after payment, return to the original order and refresh it, then confirm that the payment record shows a completed transaction. Don't submit the same payment again until the status is clear. If you still have questions, send the order details and a redacted payment receipt through a support ticket. For USDT, carefully check the network and address instructions on the order. Marketing pages don't provide payment addresses and don't replace the instructions shown on your order.

How do I request a refund, and what information do I need?

VPNIL offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, submit a ticket explaining that you'd like a refund, and include the relevant order details so the transaction can be checked. Read the full refund terms before submitting your request. You don't need to keep switching routes or run extra connection tests just to apply. If the order status doesn't match the payment record, mention that in the same ticket. Don't include your full account password or subscription URL. Further handling depends on the ticket response and transaction records; this page makes no separate promise about processing times or refund methods not listed here.
