VPNIL Service Overview
International routes, subscription terms, and privacy practices.
Cross-border access and device connections
VPNIL is an international VPN subscription service for people who need to access websites around the world, use AI tools, and stream content. The service covers 90+ countries / 210+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at the same time. Routes provide a connection path; access on a particular platform still depends on regional policies, account status, and network conditions, so the exit location alone is not a reliable indicator.
Choosing a Route and Troubleshooting
Start with the region required by the service you want to access, then test routes against your local network and actual usage times. A route type is not a speed guarantee. If you have connection issues, first check your subscription status, client configuration, and the destination website separately, then follow the steps in the Help Center. If the issue persists, submit the symptoms, time of occurrence, and selected route through a support ticket. Redact account credentials and subscription links from screenshots.
Subscription terms and prices are listed on the Plans page. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT, and purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Before choosing a plan, check its data allowance and billing method. Refund eligibility is subject to the Terms of Service.
No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNIL follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Data minimization is central to its approach to privacy. No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Bank-grade encryption helps protect connections, but account passwords and subscription links should still be kept secure and never shared publicly. For details on how information related to accounts, orders, and support tickets is handled, see the Privacy Policy. When reporting an issue, include only the information needed for troubleshooting.
